Job Overview

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This role is to support the Commercial Parts team and UD dealers with administration duties, reporting, pricing and promotional actions.

This position is earmarked to Unemployed Youth on a 12 month contract basis. The person applying must comply with the criteria and be registered on the Yes4Youth platform

 

Responsibilities and Duties

Parts pricing maintenance
•Parts Comparative baskets
Promotions and Incentives
•Parts specials & campaign
•Manage Truck Sales promotions where parts are involved.
Reporting
•Lubricant performance vs budgets
•Monthly parts export sales
Financial controls
•Departmental Purchase orders
Dealer Challenge targets
•Annual trends analysis
•Compilation at year-end of historical dealer purchase data
Dealer communication
•Campaigns & promotions
•Bulletins
•Policies and procedures
Parts availability support
•Back order tracking and short term solutions
•Dealer communication

Minimum qualifications and experiences 
Candidate must have a technical and or financial qualification/ background and interest in automotive industry.
